The Transition Scholarship is designed to work in partnership with other local organizations to identify underprivileged individuals that have the drive to improve their station in life, but who may need a “hand up” to get started. By providing full tuition scholarships through the Eastern Florida State College Certified Nursing Assistant program, BHF quickly positions these individuals to break the cycle of poverty and begin a new career path that will better provide for them and their families while they take care of ours.
Your support will ensure that deserving individuals will have the opportunity for continued learning, making their way to a rewarding and beneficial career in Brevard’s healthcare industry.
